- Conducting diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs of laptops and computer systems.
- Identifying hardware and software issues and providing effective solutions.
- Replacing damaged or faulty laptop components such as screens, keyboards, batteries, and motherboards.
- Installing and configuring software applications and operating systems.
- Performing data backup and recovery procedures.
- Conducting system upgrades and updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Providing timely and efficient technical support to clients.
- Maintaining accurate records of repairs and services provided.
- Offering advice and recommendations to customers on hardware and software upgrades.
- Testing and inspecting laptops after repairs to ensure functionality.
- Collaborating with the team to improve service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Laptops Computer Diagnostic/Troubleshooting and Repair Technician.
- In-depth knowledge of laptop hardware components and software applications.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with various laptop brands and models.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Certification in computer hardware and repair will be an advantage.
